Shipping & returns

Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. Pearls must remain in perfect condition. Garments and Jewelry are Non refundable after 14 days of purchased date. If exchanged, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed in order for credit. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns 30 day time frame. Once your items are inspected by us, you'll get your store credit notification via email 5-10 business days.


Once your return is approved by our team you will receive a Return Form to fill out and include in your return package. Please note international customers are responsible for paying for the shipping and handling of their return order. If you have any further concerns please email us at where you will be assisted.


Please note our offices operate during the weekdays, so any requests sent over the weekend will be addressed on Monday. Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods, as we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned.
